"Mie Jedhor", Temon's Legendary Noodle

Assalaamu'alaikum wondetful people. It's good to be back here and catch up with you. This post is going to be about a Javanese traditional noodle that I recommend you to try when you visit Kulonprogo. Particularly located in a small shop in the Jombokan market area (use google map), this noodle is very legendary.
"Mie Jedhor" is the way the owner calls it. It has become famous since long ago as the flavor suits local people's taste. They call the "bakmi" (noodle) is very Javanese. No wonder it has grabbed people's hearts.

It opens at about 5 p.m. and closes when they run out of the ingredients, or about before midnight. Even after moving several times, people still love the flavors.
"Mie Jedhor" serves "bakmi godhog" (boiled noodle) and "bakmi goreng" (fried noodle). Both of them ar very tasty. A glass of hot tea or orange water is the best company. I myself prefer the fried noodle, while my wife prefers the boiled one. Even the price is affordable. So, wonderful people, when you visit Kulonprogo, please give it a try. Wassalaamu'alaikum.
