Vibes at Downtown Yogyakarta

Yogyakarta is one of historical cities in Indonesia. It played an important role in the struggle to grab Independence from the Dutch colonialism. It was once the capital of Indonesia when there was a chaos in Jakarta.

No wonder that like other historical cities (Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar, Malang, etc.), It has a lot of colonial heritage buildings. Most of them are concentrated at its downtown area, including Malioboro, Kotabaru, Kotagede, and some other main streets.

Malioboro and 'Titik 0 Km' have the most obvious traces. Some historical and colonial buildings still function as offices, shops, etc. up to today. Alhamdulillah they're well-preserved. Thanks to those who care about it.
